VCW系列的结构原理图。对于N.C.型,电磁线圈3不通电时,阀芯关闭IN口与OUT口。当电磁线圈通电时,动铁心组件4a克服复位弹簧6的弹簧力,被静铁心2所被吸引,IN口与OUT开启。N.C.型的图形符号表示,在不通电时,IN口OUT口是封闭的,但若OUT口与IN口对换,则不能封闭。
VCA、VCB、VCL、VCS、VCW及VDW系列的工作介质比较单一,故阀的结构简单,体积和重量都比对应口径的VX系列要小而轻,价格也低些。
VXR2系列是SMC防水锤型二位二通导式电磁阀,在IN侧没有压力或很低压力下,由于提升弹簧的反力使主阀芯开启,故称为零差压动作型,即zui低动作压力差为零。
VNA是一种正反方向都可以流动的平衡座阀式结构,有外部导式电磁阀和气控阀两种。
